Harold H. "Rob" Robinson IV Harold is a Partner at C Change Investments and was previously Founder and Managing Partner of Rigel Associates. Prior to his activities at Rigel Associates, Harold was an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets where he was one of two senior bankers that founded and managed a successful investment banking group focused on the internet, telecom services and internet infrastructure. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets in April 1995, he was with CS First Boston's Media, Telecom and Transportation investment banking group. Harold has completed over $5 billion in financings and M&A transactions with clients ranging from early stage technology to mature industrial companies. He has significant transaction experience utilizing a full spectrum of financial instruments, including M&A, initial public offerings, private placements, secondary public offerings, high-yield debt, bank credit and convertible equity. Harold has actively covered the internet infrastructure, digital new media, enterprise software, semiconductor, communications, media and transportation industry segments. Prior to investment banking, Harold successfully participated in a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including making real estate investments on his own behalf and as founder of two sports marketing companies. He also raced and earned a living as a professional triathlete for eight seasons ranking top five nationally or internationally for seven consecutive years and was a member of the U.S. National Team that won the 1991 World Championship Title. Harold received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University. |
