Jennifer Bolt
Executive Vice President Operations and Technology at Franklin Resources, Inc.


Jennifer is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE:BEN), a global investment organization operating as Franklin Templeton Investments. As CIO, she has global responsibilities for software development and implementation, infrastructure/systems support and telecommunications. She also serves as Chairman of Franklin Capital Corporation and Franklin Templeton Bank & Trust, and is a member of Franklin Resources, Inc.'s Executive Committee. Jennifer was named "E-commerce Executive of the Year" in 2002 by mutual fund industry newsletter, Fund Action. She was also instrumental in the creation of AdvisorCentral.com, a groundbreaking industry-wide portal that provides a single-site solution for investment professionals. She is currently a board member of Keynote Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:KEYN) and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Jennifer is a graduate of the American Banker's Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She received a B.A. in Economics and Physical Education from the University of California at Davis.

Cyril Hannon
Former Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations at LSI Logic Corporation


Cy has more than 30 years of international and domestic operations experience in the technology and semiconductor industries.  Most recently, he was the founding CEO of SilTerra, a $1.4 billion semiconductor foundry venture with the Malaysian federal government to supply sub-micron CMOS process support and wafer production for fabless semiconductor companies and outsourcing for major semiconductor integrated device manufacturers.  Prior to founding SilTerra in 1997, Cy was the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations, at LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE:LSI), where his responsibilities included building and managing  internal semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Japan, Canada and Europe; developing and managing external supply; and worldwide management of all semiconductor process and packaging research and development.  Prior to LSI Logic, he served as President of Optrimetics, a photolithography semiconductor process equipment manufacturer based in Silicon Valley.   Previously, Cy was a Vice President at Fairchild Semiconductor where he managed various divisions including Digital and Memory Products.  Cy earned a B.S. in Engineering from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada.

Steven E. Kane
Former Associate General Counsel, Vice President Corporate/Government Affairs and Group Human Resources Vice President at Baxter International Inc.


Steve has over 25 years of experience in human resources, corporate mergers & acquisitions, law and executive recruiting. He currently operates his own human resources consulting firm and is an arbitrator on the panels of the New York Stock Exchange and the US Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Steve was Managing Director of Boyden Global Executive Search. He also served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Human Resources for Neoforma Inc., a public e-commerce company located in Silicon Valley. At Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX), Steve held senior legal and human resources roles, including Associate General Counsel, Vice President of Compensation, Vice President of Corporate/Government Affairs and Group Human Resources Vice President. Before its merger with Baxter, he was the Director of the Employee Relations Division of American Hospital Supply Corporation. At both these firms, Steve was heavily involved in acquisition integration efforts. Steve is a member of the Ohio and Texas Bar Associations; he is also on the HR Advisory Committee for Cornell University and has given guidance testimony to Congress on employment law matters. Steve received a B.S. from the School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University, a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell's Johnson School of Management and a J.D. from the University of Akron.

Kenneth Magiday
Former Chief Executive Officer of Warnaco Europe

Ken brings an exceptional range of international operational and business expertise based on more than 24 years of hands-on experience in Western European, Eastern European and Asian markets as the CEO of Warnaco Europe, a London based apparel company with over $60 million in annual revenues and as CEO or senior manager at large Japanese and Italian multinational corporations. He currently acts as a consultant specializing in providing financial and operational management solutions to companies with international operational issues. Since 1994, he has acted as both an independent consultant and Chief Financial Advisor to International Executive Service Corporation (IESC), a volunteer organization funded by US Aid to help develop companies in emerging markets. Assignments have included helping 15 textile and apparel companies in Egypt, negotiations with the World Bank to help with the privatization of six consumer goods companies in Macedonia, and various assignments in Poland, Prague, Turkey and El Salvador. Ken earned a B.A. from Clark University and a Masters of Business Administration in international relations from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

David F. Millet

David has extensive operating expertise and over 17 years experience as a private equity investor.  David is currently a General Partner at Gemini Investors, a private equity firm with $300 million of capital under management that invests in rapidly growing and established middle market companies in the technology, business services, consumer services and manufacturing and distribution sectors.  Prior to joining Gemini in 1997, David was President of Chatham Venture Corporation, a venture capital firm focused on later stage data communication, software and office automation companies throughout the United States.  In this capacity he took active leadership roles at portfolio companies.  Prior to founding Chatham Venture in 1988, David was the CEO of Continuing Care Associates, an early stage healthcare company that went public, and a group director and member of the founding management team of the microprocessor line of NEC Electronics USA, where he helped grow revenues to over $375 million.  He has served as a Director of six NASDAQ companies, including Natural Microsystems, Vtel, Wall Data and View Tech, and currently represents Gemini on the Board of Directors of four portfolio companies.  David received his A.B. from Harvard University.

Raymond Stern
President and Chief Executive Officer at Presto Services Inc.


Raymond is currently President and CEO of Presto. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing and corporate mergers and acquisition. Prior to assuming the role of CEO of Presto, Raymond spent eight years with Intuit where he helped shape the direction and execution of successful growth strategies for the company. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer. Before Intuit, Raymond served as Vice President and Partner with the Boston Consulting Group, leading the West Coast high technology and media practice. Much of his work involved exploring market opportunities and segmentation, competitive dynamics, business economics and evaluating investments and acquisitions. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Masters Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
